PAYMENT POLICY: Fitnessplus.com Inc requires payment in full to begin your order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for remanufactured equipment. Fitnessplus.com Inc will notify you when your equipment is ready for shipment.
Warranties
Standard Warranties: Remanufactured items come with a 6-month parts and labor warranty. Cleaned and Serviced and As Is items do not have a warranty but are guaranteed to arrive fully functional. Extended warranties are available on remanufactured units; please ask your sales representative. Should a problem arise within the warranty period, we will replace all damaged parts. Damaged parts must be returned to Fitnessplus.com Inc. Outside the warranty, the customer will be responsible for all service costs, including travel time.
Refunds
Customer service is our goal. However, no refunds will be given on any pre-owned fitness equipment.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Fitnessplus.com Inc at least three (3) business days prior to shipping. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the sale amount.
Shipping Site Information
Your freight quote does not include inside delivery unless specified. If inside delivery is specified, your doors must be wide enough for the driver to move your equipment through without disassembling the equipment, and there must be no stairs involved.
Shipping Damage
Fitnessplus.com Inc is arranging delivery of your order on your behalf per your request. Fitnessplus.com Inc is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping of your order with an outside carrier. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. Fitnessplus.com Inc is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims; the carrier is responsible, and additional insurance can be purchased.
