PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase Orders will be accepted from any municipality to start an order only. We must receive your check and your check must clear before shipment.
LEASING
Lease purchase orders will be accepted on a case by case basis. Approved leasing companies must submit a purchase order and a 50% deposit to start your order. Verbal acceptance of your equipment must occur within 24 hours of delivery. The leasing company must pay the balance of the lease in full within 48 hours of receipt of equipment. Failure to do so constitutes refusal of equipment and repossession will occur within 5 days at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the weight of the unit and your shipping address.
After receipt of payment, we require 2-6 weeks to remanufacture your equipment, depending on the equipment piece and remanufacturing process. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment.
• Your freight quote does not include inside delivery unless specified.
• Your facility must be accessible to a 70ft truck.
• You must have doors wide enough for drivers to get your equipment through without disassembly.
• No stairs.
Fitness Equipment Depot is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping of your order. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. Fitness Equipment Depot is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be in writing prior to shipment/delivery of equipment. Upon cancellation of your order, there is a 20% restocking fee on the sale amount.
REFUNDS
Customer service is our goal. However, no refunds will be given on any pre-owned fitness equipment.
We are proud to supply our customers with the very best new and remanufactured fitness equipment at the lowest possible prices. If you are purchasing remanufactured equipment, please note that even though we bring our equipment up to the highest possible standards during our remanufacturing process, it is not new equipment.
