FEATURES: Seat height is adjustable to allow for proper elbow positioning. Angled elbow pads provide a reference position, avoiding excessive elbow and shoulder movement. Bar-supports provide easy accessibility at anytime during the exercise. UHMW wear guards protect paint finish from bar contact. Drop-on plastisol covered increment weight is 6.5 lbs. (2.9 kg).
